I was having a terrible time getting my water filtration system to work. I replaced the filters and several parts that I thought may be the problem but had no luck. Out of desperation I did a search on line, filled out a questionnaire and within an hour Ralph called me. He figured out the problem, gave me the solution and my system worked! Ralph is an experienced and talented mechanic with one advantage his competitors lack: excellent customer service.

After dealing with vendors that refused to communicate, threatened me and overall refused to explain their work before demanding thousands of dollars to complete their work, I decided to work with the one that treated me the most like a human.

I can only say that I made the right decision.

With a newborn in the house, and uncertain water quality due to our well, I was in the market for replacing my well and installing a full water filter system all at once. I dealt with a lot of well companies that refused to service THEIR OWN INSTALLATION if I used a competitors water filter. Likewise, I dealt with a lot of pushy water filtration companies.

Overall my experience with owning a well, would make me regret ever purchasing my home... if not for Ralph.

So I decided to remodel our master bathroom and wanted to upgrade to one of those fancy shower systems with all the body sprays and stuff. I wasn't sure if my existing well system supported the demands of that fancy shower system, so I did some research online and quickly realized I needed help from a professional.

I contacted Ralph and explained what we were trying to do and suggested some of the ideas I learned from my online research.

After learning about our goals he re-educated me on what we needed to do and went on to design a system that not only satisfied our requirements of 15/gpm, but also fit within our budget.

Ralph took care of everything for us - he picked up all the right gadgets and wires and then installed the entire system (well pump/motor, constant pressure system, UV unit, and water softner) in just one day!

He even followed up with us the night after the install to ensure everything was working right.

We've been loving the pressure and flow out of our new system since the day he came out to help us!
